Triple Chocolate Mousse

1: Melt chocolate and divide into two portions.

2: Add 1/3 cup cream into one part of melted chocolate, mix well and set aside for the first layer.

3: In a large mixing bowl, add the rest of the heavy whipping cream and condensed milk, then blend until stiff peaks form.

4: Divide the cream mixture into two equal parts; the divided one part is the second layer.

5: Fold the remaining whipped cream into the reserved melted chocolate for the third layer.

6: Start with the brownie layer, then assemble with 3 layers of prepared mousse in serving bowls.

7: Garnish with cocoa powder, chill in the fridge for 2-3 hours, and enjoy!
