Stuffed Crust Pizza

1: In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and salt.

2: Make a well in the middle and add the olive oil and instant yeast.

3: Mix until a shaggy dough begins to form.

4: Knead the dough for 10-15 minutes until it is soft, smooth, and bouncy.

5: Form the dough into a round, grease a bowl with olive oil, and place the dough inside, coating it with the oil.

6: Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for at least an hour or up to 24 hours.

7: Punch down the dough, turn it out onto a floured surface, and knead for another minute.

8: Cut the dough into 2 equal portions and shape them into rounds.

9: Cover the dough with a kitchen towel and let it rest for another 30 minutes to an hour.

10: Preheat the oven to 450°F.

11: Roll the dough into a round shape, sprinkle mozzarella cheese on the edge, and turn the dough from the edges.

12: Cut the edges and turn them as needed, then lightly grease the pizza baking tray.

13: Add pizza sauce, cheese, and toppings of your choice.

14: Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the crust and cheese are golden brown.
