Heart-shaped strawberry yogurt clusters made with diced strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and dipped in melted chocolate. Perfect as a delicious treat or dessert.
Wash and cut the strawberries into small pieces.
In a mixing bowl add diced strawberries, yogurt, and honey. Mix well.
Line a baking sheet that fits into your freezer with parchment paper.
Drop the strawberries yogurt mixture onto the baking sheet and spread evenly.
Place it in the freezer for 2 hours or until frozen.
Once the mixture is frozen, take it out and cut it into heart shapes with a heart shape cookie cutter.
Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments, stirring in between until smooth.
Dip each cluster in the melted chocolate, ensuring both sides are coated.
Transfer the yogurt heart clusters back to the baking sheet and freeze again until the chocolate sets, taking anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes.
Store in the fridge for a softer consistency and in the freezer for more ice cream-like consistency.
