Strawberry Chocolate Chip Cookies

1: Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2: In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.

3: In a separate bowl, add melted butter and mix in brown and granulated sugar.

4: Whisk for 1-2 minutes until it turns into paste.

5: Crack in the egg and add vanilla; mix until combined.

6: Combine dry ingredients into the wet batter and gently fold in until just combined.

7: Add chocolate chips and dried strawberries; mix with a spatula. Do not over mix the batter.

8: Scoop out 9 cookies onto the parchment paper, not more than 4 cookies on a 15x10 baking tray.

9: Bake for 12 minutes until golden and crispy from the edges and gooey from the center.

10: Sprinkle with sea salt and allow to cool completely before serving.
