Mozzarella Stuffed Potato Puffs

1: Peel and cut the potatoes into small pieces.

2: Boil in salt water until fully cooked.

3: Mash the potatoes.

4: Mix in salt, pepper, corn starch, coriander, and garlic powder.

5: Make small ball shapes of the potato mixture, stuffing small pieces of mozzarella cheese in them without leaving cracks.

6: Heat oil in a pan on medium heat.

7: Once the oil is hot, add potato balls (do not overcrowd the pan; fry 5-6 balls at a time).

8: Fry for 2-3 minutes or until golden and crispy.

9: Garnish with chopped coriander and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
