Margherita Pizza Toast

1: Preheat the oven to grill at 220 degrees Celsius. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

2: Toast the slices of bread until they are about 80% done.

3: Lightly brush olive oil over the top of each slice of toast using a pastry or basting brush.

4: Spoon and spread the pizza sauce over the toast. Add the sliced tomatoes and top with mozzarella cheese slices.

5: Place the toast under the grill for five minutes or until the cheese has melted to your preference.

6: Remove from the grill and add salt, pepper, torn basil leaves, red chili flakes, and oregano.
