A refreshing Green Chutney made with coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies, garlic, and yogurt. It can be made by crushing ingredients in a mortar and pestle or blended for a smooth consistency.
Crush coriander and mint leaves a bit.
Add chopped green chilies, garlic cloves, and cumin to the mortar.
Start crushing using a pestle until it is coarse in texture.
Add salt, red chili flakes, and cumin powder, then crush a bit more and mix well.
Adjust the amount of green chilies and garlic according to personal preferences.
Once everything is crushed nicely, freeze the mixture for later use.
Add yogurt to the mixture, mix, and serve.
Alternatively, for a blender method, place all ingredients (except yogurt) in a blender.
Blend until completely smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
Add 1-2 tablespoons of yogurt at a time to help mix.
Mix the blended mixture with the remaining yogurt and serve.
