Instructions

1: Add boiled potatoes, corn, and all the spices listed in a mixing bowl. Mix until well combined.

2: Make small bite-sized ball shapes and add cheese in the center.

3: Add 2 tbsp corn flour in a bowl and add 3 to 4 tbsp of water to make a thin slurry.

4: Gently coat potato corn bites into corn flour slurry & immediately roll it in breadcrumbs.

5: Repeat the same and make all the potato corn bites ready.

6: Place the bites in the freezer for an hour.

7: Heat oil and fry until golden brown, then serve warm and enjoy!
