A delicious crispy Mc Chicken sandwich made with minced chicken breast, coated and fried to golden perfection, topped with a homemade mayo sauce and fresh lettuce. Perfect for a filling meal with fries on the side.
In a mixing bowl, combine minced chicken. Season with salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder. Mix well until combined.
Grease hands with a little oil and shape into round patties. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze for 30 minutes or until ready to use.
Prepare two dishes, divide the all-purpose flour between them (around 4 tbsp each). Add salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder to one dish. Add water to make a thick batter. Adjust water as needed.
Heat oil in a frying pan. Once the oil is hot, coat the chicken patties in the flour mixture, then in the wet batter. Carefully drop the chicken patties into the oil. Fry on medium-low heat for 10-15 minutes or until fully cooked and crispy golden brown.
Make the sauce by combining mayo, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and vinegar in a mixing bowl.
Assemble the sandwich by adding sauce, chicken patty, lettuce, and some more sauce. Serve with fries and enjoy.
