Creamy Pasta Salad

1: Boil the pasta according to package instructions and reserve 1/2 cup pasta water for later use.

2: In a mixing bowl, season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Cajun seasoning, and red chili flakes. Mix well.

3: Heat a pan and add some oil, cook the chicken for 12-15 minutes or until fully cooked.

4: For the dressing, in a bowl, add mayonnaise, pasta water, sweet chili sauce, salt, pepper, red chili powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, olive oil, and lemon juice. Mix well until smooth.

5: In a large serving bowl, assemble the salad by adding lettuce, pasta, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, sweet corn, olives, and bell peppers.

6: Add the cooked chicken on top and drizzle with the dressing.
