Creamy Garlic Mushroom Spaghetti

1: Cook pasta in a large pot per package directions, adding 1/2 tsp salt to the water.

2: Once done, drain pasta and put back in the large pot.

3: In a large saucepan, melt butter over low medium-low heat.

4: Once butter is melted, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.

5: Add sliced mushrooms and spinach; cook for another minute.

6: Add heavy whipping cream, whisk until smooth, then add salt, pepper, and red chili flakes.

7: Add chicken bouillon cube (don't add additional salt if adding bouillon cube) and some pasta water if the sauce gets too thick.

8: Add cheese and let the sauce simmer for about 5 minutes, whisking frequently.

9: Once the sauce is done, pour over noodles, stir well, and serve.
