Chicken and Potato Croquettes

1: In a large bowl, combine potatoes, chicken, carrots, Serrano peppers, bell peppers, egg, cornstarch, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, chicken powder, and cheese. Mix until well combined and sticky.

2: In a separate bowl, mix flour and water to form a thick paste.

3: In another bowl, add bread crumbs.

4: Shape potato-chicken mixture into round croquettes.

5: Coat croquettes in: Flour mixture, then bread crumbs.

6: Choose cooking method: Freeze for later use or heat oil in a pan, then fry for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Alternatively, spray with cooking oil and air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
