Big Mac Tacos combine the classic flavors of a Big Mac with mini tacos. This recipe features seasoned ground beef cooked to perfection and layered with cheddar cheese, lettuce, and pickles, all drizzled with a delicious homemade Big Mac sauce.
In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, diced yellow onion, salt, chopped relish, white vinegar, garlic powder, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Mix the ingredients together until well combined. Refrigerate the sauce for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Heat a skillet over high heat and add a small amount of oil. Place 2-3 tablespoons of ground beef in the center of each tortilla. Press down the ground beef onto the tortillas to create an even layer. Sprinkle a pinch of salt on top.
Place the meat side down in the hot skillet and immediately lower the heat to medium-low. Cook for 4-5 minutes or until the ground beef is cooked through. Flip the tacos and cook the other side until crispy and golden.
Top each taco with a slice of cheddar cheese, chopped lettuce, and pickles. Drizzle the Big Mac Sauce over the top of each taco.
Serve the Big Mac Tacos immediately and enjoy!
